What to Expect:

Things we consider : scale of rehab, estimated time to sell once finished, overall margins for various factors, lendability, cashflow potential, and ease of purchase.
After we have a Signed Agreement, a separate Team Member will reach out to schedule a photographer or contractor to verify the property condition. Earnest Money will be deposited upon confirmation of expected property conditions.
