• Other Factors we Consider : Scale of renovation, project time invested, market conditions, estimated rent, cashflow potential, and ease of purchase.

Next, if the numbers make sense, we will get a signed agreement with a short inspection contingency. Once we have a Signed Agreement, a Team Member will reach out to schedule a photographer or contractor to verify the property condition.
